I’ve been to a couple dozen bike shops all over LA County and Incycle Pasadena is my favorite ‘cause they’re the BEST. Great shop, great stock, no high pressure sales, everything you could need for mt, gravel or road, from top-of-the-line brands & models, to clothing, gear, tools, and gels. Went by the shop for the first time today and our experience was great. We called ahead of time to ensure the bike was in stock and we received accurate info. Once at the store Christian gave us great service. I got to try the Rockhopper comp in two sizes and quickly found the perfect fit. The shop has a great park across the street where you can safely ride the bike to get a sense of how it feels. Will definitely come back!

Best bicycle shop in L.A. County. I drive from Santa Monica to get work on my Turbo Levo 4 done here! These guys are amazing. Easy parking, best service, tons of bikes and parts. Last time I was there expecting to buy a whole new AXS derailleur, they had me fixed in 15min and $50. These guys are epic… I’d take a bullet for them.

What a local Pasadena gem! Especially if you ride Specialized bikes. However, the staff is clearly top notch and attentive to all bikes and particularly customers needs. Huge thank you to Ben, Phillip, and the rest of the vibrant staff. Probably one of the most unpretentious bike shops I've been in with staff who wants you to enjoy the sport. Check out a few bikes here as it’s the first time I look into getting a Gravel Bike. The staff who helped me out were very patient, knowledgeable and willing to help. I test ride two of them and finally landed on the right fit for me. I came back for the bike and then had a fitting. I was even recomendad some bike paths and groups ride I should check out. Would definitely come back and I recommend to come here for any bike needs.
