VMAX Electric Scooters

I purchased a VX2 recently. I had a small snafu getting it across the border to Canada. My prepaid duties weren't actually paid, but they did refund me promptly, so I guess I can't complain too much. The scooter itself is awesome. I'm a heavy guy, about 235 lbs. I ride the scooter to my local gym and the train I take to work downtown. It does about 32 KM/H uphill and 38 KM/H on flat or down. Online it says “Electric bicycle store in Los Angeles, California” so I assumed it was an actual store where you can come check out the product and discuss details before you purchase but you can’t even buy the scooters here it’s online only this is only a warehouse for pick up and shipping and I didn’t find that out through a VMAX employee cuz there wasn’t one here to begin with to explain to me how things work even though it says open from 9am to 4pm. I ride my VMAX scooter to and from work every day, 4 happy miles. Grateful to have a sleek, dependable mode of transportation! Their customer service prior to my purchase was top notch. Highly recommended!
