LA eBike

I came all the way from Guam and found LA eBike. The store owner had excellent knowledge base of electric systems for e-bikes and excellent and courteous service. The owner was able to fix a problem I had for over 1 year with my E-GO bike that no other dealer in California could find a solution. The store had a 100 mile range e-bike on 1 charge. Wish I would have known about this place before I bought my e-bike from E-GO, a company that had zero customer service and support via Amazon.

I rode my friend's high priced electric bike a few years ago and I immediately fell in love. I did not want to pay top dollar for one so the best option for me was to convert my current bike into an e-bike. I ordered fork from la ebike through ebay. I specifications asked the color. However, the wrong color was sent. It took a number of days to get a return authorization from them. I shipped the forks back. However, la ebike never picked them up from the post office and refused to answer my emails or ebays emails regarding this issue.
