My first experience with this Ebike shop, They were highly recommended, and I fully see why. Taking care of me with my very first Ebike, been a pleasure from the start. I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my bike in for a diagnosis and was charged $80, only to get it back in pieces. I decided to give them another chance and returned to have the repair done. They told me they were busy and it would take about two weeks. Highly recommend this shop, brought my e-bike in due to two faulty brake sensors. They were able to address quickly. They're experts in their craft will definitely be back. Their shop is full, which means lots of people trust them. Thanks to the crew!

UPDATE I added a picture showing the bike after adding a gigantic 52v 28Ah triangle battery pack from UPP, an Eggrider display, and Continental Contact Plus City tires. The bike now has a range of about 60 miles and feels rock solid. Same 750 watt motor, same wheels and frame, etc. I think I've have it now for more than 7 years and it's still amazing.
