Awesome bike store run by wonderful people! I received a lot of help buying a bike last week when I visited this place looking to get back into cycling and I have been riding my new bike every day since I got it. Great prices and the employees are very helpful and friendly as well.

The most unique and honest bike shop in the LA County, the USA and I’d go so far as to say… the free world. The owner, Paul, and his staff all ride bikes to get around and for fun. They can fix anything at a fair price. Oh, and check out his fish tank while you are there.

I've been to this place a few times. I've had some good experiences, and then one not so great. The good ones were when the owner / manager was there. But the one time when he wasn't around I had a subpar experience. The amount I paid didn't seem to match what I was quoted. Also they didn't let me know when the bike was ready. Eventually I called them up and they told me: "Oh yeah, your bike has been ready for days". This unprofessional behavior left a bad taste in my mouth, so next time I'm ...

Fantastic experience with Paul @ The Zoo. Had four bikes serviced—extremely reasonable and transparent pricing, high quality work, responsive communication via text, finished quickly. Highly recommend for any bicycle needs in the area.
