The people here really seem to know what they're doing and try to do your best to help you and your bike. My bike felt good as new after leaving it with them for a few minutes. Their dog is also very sweet and will love to spend time with you while waiting for your bike.

Got a bike from there earlier this year. They were so kind and helpful. I'll recommend everyone start here when looking for a bike or getting work done. They are very careful in their work and its worth the price of a tune up instead of getting screwed over from other LA shops.

LA Cyclery is a staple in the LA cycling community especially for femmes and other allies. I really trust Paula and her staff with all my bike questions, repair needs, bike related purchases and general expertise. Definitely stop by even to chat with them because it’s also such a hub for customers and community members alike. No other shop like it in LA.

Rented a bike from here and wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent or purchase from here because Paula (the owner) has 0 ability to receive customer feedback without being hostile, rude, and defensive.
