I had a very bad experience with Godspeed Cyclery. While they were boxing my bike, my frame was damaged and my brake pads and brake fluid were also affected. This damage did not exist before the bike was handed over to them. When I brought this to their attention and asked at least for a refund, they refused and said they were not responsible for anything, even though the damage clearly happened during their handling and packing of the bike.
