Slow shipping. Delays in filling orders despite information on website indicating and appealing estimated shipping time. if you cancel an order you’ll be charged 20% restocking fee. So many better options out there stay away.

Worst company I have ever dealt with online. Should have read the reviews. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Emailed asking when my item would be shipped and received a snarky response "the item was clearly marked back order, and since you have a bad attitude, we are canceling your order and we ask that you shop somewhere else." Point taken!

I have never in my life had a more immature and needlessly aggressive conversation with a customer service member. The responses I received from this company about an item that, admittedly I had made an error in purchasing, were bent towards making me feel like an idiot. There are other ways of sourcing OEM parts, or even aftermarket parts. I would encourage anyone reading this to look elsewhere, this business is not worth supporting in my opinion.
