Southwest Bike Shop and Lawnmower Repair

I have called several times over the last week trying to reach somebody in the shop to ask questions I just go to voicemail I leave a message but I haven't had a return call yet just wondering if the shop is got any regular hours I live out of state but I'm looking for parts that I know the shop carried from a video I watched interviewing I'm going to assume the father who has recently passed in regards to the 1970s factory there that made the evil Knievel bikes very interested in finding out...

These are great people doing great work at a fraction of the cost of the other "high-end" bike shops in town. This is a no-frills repair shop. It has been around for a long time. If you are looking for someone in a polo shirt with a name tag to greet you at the door - then this is not the place. Google says they are open until 5pm in Saturday so I drive 25 minutes to the store. It is 4:10pm and they are closed even though the sign on the door says they are open Tues-Sat 9am-5pm Edit: 3 weeks later. I was going to give them another chance. So, I called first this time. It is 3pm on Saturday and no answer on the phone. I will not try again.
