My bike went down for good midway through a weekend trip in the Ozarks . Decided it was time for another, so I started looking online. Found these guys and scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Ended up finding exactly what I wanted, and these folks made the whole process smooth, fast and easy. Very pleased. Gave me a solid deal on my trade in. Gave me a solid deal on the bike I traded for. Thy were willing to haggle with me. And we actually had fun doing it. And a couple of days after, I dropped off the title to my trade in. And the woman in the riding gear section was really helpful when picking out a new helmet, other gear, and jewelry. Good job guys.

Great spot. Needed a new front tire while riding from South Dakota to Florida and Devon hooked us up with same morning service. Had a great conversation with the ladies working in merchandise as well. I'd definitely recommend the place!

If you own a Harley, you've dealt with Harley dealerships. I have found Rock City to be one of the nicer ones I've dealt with. Bought a bike there and the experience was great. Bought parts there and the experience was great. Had a problem with one of the parts and Jeff, the parts manager, was awesome!
