Paid $70 to get derailers adjusted on brand new Specialized bike and they are worse than when I took them in. The counter person made an offhand flippant comment about the bike not being adjusted right because I didn't buy it at the store.

Best bike shop that I've ever been to. Not only did they have the hardest bike in the country to get, but had both model years in stock. What really impressed me is the expertise of the staff. Gregg knew off the top of his head the difference between the 20 and 21 model. Made my decision quick and easy. I drove 9 hours to get the bike and it was worth every mile.
