Spoke with the manager first time there. He actually steered me away from the bike I was looking to buy for a much better for for me personally. Not only that, but the bike he helped me settle on was $300 cheaper than the one I originally intended on getting. Went back for fenders and a phone mount. Hands down will be back for studded tire's and a second battery. Won't go anywhere else. Update. I didn't want to write this but after days of YouTube, reddit and an actual mobile mechanic visit...
