Super great experience! Bought two bikes here and have been super happy with both. Great service, super friendly employees. Always answer my phone calls and are always happy to help. Had a couple of issues but they were quick to fix them and charge no cost for labour for the first year of ownership. Great store, great experience

These guys are amazing. I went to the ends of the earth to get a specific model of e-bike for my daughter’s Christmas present. Out of stock everywhere in Canada. The owner texted me the moment he got a few delivered (Thursday) and had it on a purolator truck the same day. Actually within the hour I placed the order. It arrived today, just in time for Christmas. 3 business days from Calgary to Vancouver. Great product and awesome communication from the owner.

My husband and I recently purchased a pair of ebikes from this shop and are super impressed. The shop is bright and welcoming, with plenty of models on the floor to try.
