Bow Cycle East Village

Wow Calgary, this is your place for anything bicycle related! I rode downtown from the deep SW with low air in my back tire and stopped in. Geoff helped me right away, topped me up, and showed me some pumps since I need one. I’m fairly new to cycling and he even taught me the three things to always check before a ride, tires, brakes, and chain. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, and the shop has an amazing selection of e-bikes. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Discovered Bow Cycle East Village on a bike ride this morning. I popped in to see about a water bottle & mount. Matthew was amazing! Super helpful, explained the options & installed it right away. We were so impressed by his helpfulness husband bought a water bottle & mount too. It seems like a little thing, but we're fairly new to riding & Matthew's care & time means we'll be back in the future. Thanks, Matthew!

Max and Adam were awesome in helping me get my older bike back on the road. Even though it was a busy Saturday, Max quickly took care of my flat tire and later helped me pick out larger tires to install. Max really knew his stuff, and the shop was super quick with the repair turnaround. All in all, I had a great experience at the East Village location!

Nice and friendly staff. convenient place to buy or rent e bikes , lots of parking next to pathways specially going to fish creek along the river then back to Glenmoore reservoir and back. Can take the train back to Downtown if too tired or lazy 😏All have spikes for winter at the time , one of the best ways to spend quality time during cold winter days 😎

I cannot thank Bow Cycle and their staff enough for saving the day! With just 10 minutes until closing, they assisted with replacing a crank arm on my bike as I was biking and my pedal fell completely off. They were extremely welcoming and went above and beyond with exceptional customer service. Thanks for turning my stressful moment into a positive and memorable experience!
