Cam is the man! I drove 14 hours to visit the shop and to purchase a transition spire. I was extremely happy with the customer service. I was rushing to catch the guys before they closed for the long weekend and made it with 15 mins left. It was also storming heavily that night and the internet/payment services went down but Cam and the team stayed after hours to ensure that the transaction was made and that the bike was dialed. Went in expecting great things, but my personal experience was anything but professional. The owner came across as arrogant and dismissive, and the vibe in the shop felt tense and uncomfortable to say the least, like the employees were constantly worried about the way they were perceived . If this is how it's ran, it’s no surprise the atmosphere felt off. There are lots of long standing, great bike shops in Calgary that value customer service and treat people with respect. I won’t be back.

I have ordered twice now from The Inside Line. Both times suspension parts. Shipping is lightening fast despite the Canada Post strike both times. It is great to have a store that has in stock the parts that we need, priced as competitively as the really big US chains, and yet you can pick up the phone and speak to an actual friendly real person.
