Ridley's Cycle

We are long time customers of the Ridley's West Hill location...we purchased a Thule Re-vert 4 bike rack from this location during a sale in later Nov and received it today. As has been typical when dealing with Ridley's for sales or service, it was a great experience. The pricing of the rack was better than anywhere in the city, communication from Brad in online sales and Chris the delivery driver on the delivery date and timing was top notch and it arrived fully assembled (an added bonus!)....

I had the best experience at Ridley Cycle purchasing my new bike. The staff - particularly Jonny and Toby - were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Ridleys to anyone looking for a great bike shop full of experienced staff. 12/10

I recently bought a road bike at this store and it was a phenomenal shopping experience. Reid was super helpful from beginning to end, and was always willing to answer any question I had regarding the bike up to financing options. As I was from out of town, the store was willing to help me look at options at how to get the bike home, and once decided, was also willing to help me box up the bike and prep it for a flight. Would not hesitate to stop by the next time I’m in town!

I saw a frameset on sale online, they took care of me to get the product and financed it. Prior I inquired another bigger bike shop and they don't know if they can do it, what a bummer. Kudos to Ridley's, its my second bike purchase, can't go wrong here.
