Ridley's Cycle - Westhills

I bought my first fat bike, a Giant Yukon, at Ridley's Westhills last weekend and have already got 3 rides on it. Being brand new to fat biking, I appreciated the advice from Mike on the gear and setup and so far it's been working great. Price and service were very good.

Awesome store and super knowledgeable/helpful staff! Paul took his time to talk about all kinds of options for updating/fixing my old road bike. Even though my bike required some pretty exotic parts, they were able to get everything and install it in no time! Highly recommend!

Rented two Trek Fuel EXe eBikes from Ridleys on Friday. The experience was very impressive. First, they confirmed that we had signed our waivers/etc. Then, they showed us the bikes, verified our weights, and proceeded to dial in the suspension, seat post, etc. They bled the brakes on one bike, set the tire pressure, and had us on our way. Fantastic rental experience - took 2 full suspension ebikes for the day to Moose Mountain. Great advice by the rental guy! Bikes were fully charged and ready to go for morning pick up. Will definitely rent here again when back in town.

Stopped by sunday morning with an asap tire emergency, Paul in the service department got me sorted and worked on my bike right away! Barry the salesman was friendly and chatted to me and my partner about bikes while we waited. Great service (and great waiting lounge) by the entire team at Ridleys!
