Thank you Rath Bicycle! Small business that supports the local bike riding community by fixing up your beloved ride. I needed 597 tires for my vintage Sears Free Spirit bike (an unused size these days I guess). The folks at Rath didn’t even bat an eye and had the tires in stock. They were super friendly, super knowledgeable, educated me while changing my tires lickety -split. The pint-size shop packs a wallop; beautiful vintage bikes greet you when you come in, the place is bright and organ...
Got grandpas old bike, and wish you could ride it again- But don't want to take up vintage bicycle repair as a new hobby? Rath Bicycle is the place to go! I had them do a full restoration on my grandpa's very unique old bike and Tom and Lori where more than excited to take on the project. They had a genuine enthusiasm I don't think I could have found anywhere else. I can't believe how good of a job Tom did restoring the corrosion damage to all the chrome. The bike rides as good as it looks ...
Rath Bicycle restored my vintage Bianchi to peak condition. Since I bought it used 20 years ago, it has never run so smooth or looked so nice. They specialize in vintage bikes and the results are clear. I brought it in quite run down, covered in rust and dirt and gritty old lubricant after years of neglect. Although I was quoted a fair bit less than what I ended up paying, it was worth every penny - excellent value for the quality of work. Tom explained how the work was necessary, and I'm in...
I stumbled upon this shop on a summer stroll and Lori offered a test ride and I absolutely fell in love with their bikes. I couldn’t stop thinking about them and ended up going back to purchase the new bike. The bike I purchased was adorable and functional with comfy seats, 7 gears, and it came with a light and a bell. They also have other accessory you could purchase. Lori was very professional, helpful, kind, and friendly both times! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new bi...
I've had my Sekine 10-speed since the 1980s. It took me from Vancouver - Calgary in 1989 when I graduated from university. Life got in the way and it waited patiently over the decades to be rediscovered. Tom did a wonderful job tuning it up and I road it in the 2024 Lake Chaparral Sprint Triathlon. Three triathletes even complimented me on my ride during the bike leg!
