Calgary Cycle - Southwood

Every time I go to Calgary Cycle-Southwood I like it. The staff is welcoming, knowledgeable and always willing to help. The store has a very good variety of clothing, accessories and bikes. Did you know that when you buy a bike there, the annual tune up is $12.00+tax versus over $125.00 if your bike wasn't bought there? The general appearance and cleanliness of the store is noticeable. Great place to purchase a (pedal) bike! Excellent , helpful and knowledgeable staff. Took a lot of time with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. A great selection of bikes and a huge store you can get on your bike and rip around in. Bought a new Norco at an amazing price and I’ve put 100s of miles on already.

I took my son's bike in for a major tune up after it was stolen. I know nothing about the gears and expectations of a mountain bike so I could've been sold whatever they said it needed. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. I was very pleased with my experience and I will go there for any of my cycle needs in the future.

I went into Calgary cycle looking for a road bike and Erik and their service department were an exceptional help! He reviewed the specifications of a used bike versus the new bike I was considering, inspected a used bike we were looking at and offered very useful ideas for equipment that we hadn’t considered. I would refer this shop to anyone!
