The first trip I got excellent service - the parts guy confirmed the price and gave me a 15 discounts - for that 5 stars - then I went back and Moji sold me the wrong shifter and I had to ask several times for the same discount but finally he asked the manager and gave me the discount and then I took the shifter back on exchange for the M series and bought a chain as well - the price was 95$ and he charged me $100 and when I asked for the discount he just ignored me so I paid and left telling...

Excellent service. I was there during their September sale and the store was crazy busy!! But each sales person took their time to help me and Lynn went above and beyond to help me find the bike of my dreams! The service team was great helping take off my old pedals and install them into my new bike. If you are looking for quality bikes with amazing staff, then this is the bike store for you!
