I was in town for a night on a work trip that allowed me to bring my road bike along. I planned to do a 90 minute ride in the afternoon before dinner. Nine miles in, I heard a *ping* and shortly thereafter noticed my front wheel wobbling. I stopped and noticed a broken spoke. I highly recommend Wheel and Sprocket. Patrick was very knowledgeable and you could tell he cared about me and getting me the right bike. They have a huge selection of bikes with every size which is helpful.

Extremely Disappointed with the Assembly and Service I purchased a brand-new Trek Dual Sport in October from this shop, expecting it to be properly assembled and ready to ride. The left brake lever is so loose it nearly falls off I have to squeeze it so hard the lever makes contact with the handlebar. The Oshkosh location sold me a Trek E-bike 4 years ago, and the battery quit working. They took the bike and a week after they said I'd hear something I was told the battery was bad, could not be fixed, and was out of production. There is nothing they can do, no retrofit of a different battery, I'm just out of luck with them. They were kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee, and offered me 20% off a new Trek E-bike, but after this that brand name is garbage to me, and 20% seems like more of ...
