Gwen was very informative about all the bikes and helped us get what we needed. The prices at this bike shop were amazing as well. I love that this place has been in the family for 5 generations. I visited multiple bike shops in the Fox Valley looking for my first gravel bike. I returned to Appleton Bicycle and ordered a new Giant Revolt. The customer service was amazing and they truly took the time to explain all of my options and how the bike works once it came in. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gwen, the Guys in the back and Appleton Bike Shop!!!!! I stopped in to purchase a quality bike after being stagnant for 10+ years. Gwen and the Staff walked me patiently and graciously and very friendly through all my questions. I left with an amazing new bike and new freedom!!! Had my Trek 8900 had new crank arm and pedals put on even checked Air in tires for safe riding also included changing my seat free of charge amazing service highly recommend very kind and friendly business highly recommend. Thanks so much

Brought my bike in for two reasons, dropper wouldn’t return to top of stroke and back wheel was cracked. I also requested a new tube for the back, as I had trail fixed it with the wrong size (26 tube on 29 wheel). Time comes to pick up and they wheel 'er out for me.
