Outstanding service from Christopher and his staff went above and beyond to locate a bicycle similar to the one that was stolen from my son at school. In fact, they located the exact one. My son did everything appropriate in regards to this, but unfortunately, I am hearing there is a band of these that do the sign a regular basis. Awesome store. We bought my 5 year old a bike. They made sure that everything was comfortable for her and had all the accessories put on just the way she wanted. Both the associate and manager we worked with were super kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

My old Trek 7700 had been in my shed since before COVID, so I thought I would take it in for a tune up before spring. They turned it around in just a couple days. My main reason for posting the review -- I got an email yesterday saying they were starting a Winter Service Special on Jan 8. They gave me the discount when I picked it up even though the special hadn't started yet. Great customer service!

Brought my bike in after 4 years of abuse, and these got it cleaned up and looking brand new. Super chill staff, good vibes, I'll definitely be using these guys as my go to shop as i head into triathlon season!

These guys are amazing, i went in for just regular ball bearings for my mongoose. They straightened my crank that was bent, installed my new bearings in just under 25 mins. this team is very friendly and outstanding!
