From my first call with Bronn, to the time that we picked our bike up after it was restored, we had the best experience we could have ever expected. I really cannot say enough about the wonderful crew who own and staff this shop. My son was in a bind needing a quick fix before a triathlon this weekend and the team not only fixed the bike, but took the time to teach my son some tips and tricks, show me how to use an inherited bike rack AND met me after hours. The only negative I have to say is that they should charge MORE because their prices are too good to be true! We also love supporting a local, vet-owned small business!

We had an absolute lovely experience at this shop. The gentleman helped both my teen daughter and husband find a perfect bike for them, went through options, and because they were consignment bikes, offered us free helmets! Amazing and friendly staff. Came in as I bought a bike that needed some finishing touches on assembly and they were willing to do this, as well as a once over to make sure I was good to go.
