I bought an Origami Crane 8 from Paul back in 2016 for my father. Paul was unbelievably nice and accommodating. Not being able to stop by the shop, he brought the bike to me at my work to give it a test ride. My dad loves his bike and rides it regularly. We purchased two origami e-bikes from Paul last year after the Richmond RV show. The bikes were great. We put them up for the winter in conditioned space. When we got them out in early spring, the batteries would only work for 5 minutes. We took them to Paul for help. He tested them and agreed they were not functioning as they should. He said he had to go back to the supplier and that he no longer sold this line of bike. That was in early spring. We have contacted him several times since then...

Paul has been so easy to work with has answered all of my questions! A piece on my bike broke a few months after I purchased it and he offered to meet me wherever I needed to fix it for me free of charge!

My husband and I have enjoyed our origami bikes so much! They are convenient for our downtown living and so much fun to zip around the neighborhood with or take to the beach. Paul, the owner/designer, is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. We take our bikes in for annual tunings to keep them in tiptop shape, which are provided free of additional charge. Really can't recommend this business or these bikes enough!

My wife and I bought two Origami bikes recently, and are extremely pleased with them! Our new bikes (Hawk and Eagle models) are easy to fold/unfold, small and light enough to store conveniently (both fit in the back seat of my sedan), and feel sturdy and responsive while riding.
