Wyatt helped us from the start and was very pleasant from the beginning as well We asked if he could adjust the seat to our son's height and he went and got his tools and got the seat adjusted and has our little guy sit on the bike and said it was a perfect fit for him so we agreed to purchase the bike along with a few extra items he added on for us Thank you CBC for hiring great employees

They have a great selection of bikes and sizes in stock that their nearby competitor did not. Took my bike back a few weeks later for a time up that got taken care of right away. Definitely the shop to go to in Richmond.

Horrible experience. I tried to buy a nice gravel bike from them. We had to work out a few details but after they got my deposit they were suddenly too busy to help me. The mechanic was very knowledgeable, but when I asked to meet with him, the salesman told me that he was too busy to talk to me.
