The team at Conte’s Arlington is the best! I’ve had multiple bikes serviced with them now, including an e-MTB and a larger e-cargo bike, and they always do a fantastic job. When we’ve had a couple small issues they’ve even done a quick fix for free, as others have noted (squeaky front brake, as one example). Conte’s in Arlington are a bunch of super nice folk, and they were very welcoming during my visit. I went for a bike fit with Jordan, so that I could dial in a new bike. Jordan was great, very helpful, and respectful. They use the Velogic system, and Jordan was happy to explain the details behind different measurements. Give them a go if you looking for a thorough bike fit in the DMV.
