I was very impressed with their services. Very impressed that the technician (Mike) personally tested both my bikes after he made adjustments. I had them work on two high end Yeti's of mine. I highly recommend them if you love you bikes as much as I LOVE mine.

Had to get a special part ordered for my wheel hub, and Clarence really helped me out. When the part came in, the shop had my bike ready within 20 minutes same day service! You just can’t beat that. They’ve definitely earned my business, and I’ll be coming back here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service.

Buyer Beware - these guys are not 100%. I would NEVER send anyone here after my horrible experience! The main reason I will never return is that they did a switch-a-roo job on my mountain bike. I took it in to have the chain ring replace, I ride a lot and told them this several time, even telling them the type of rides I do at Bentonville and Arkadelphia, not to mention around DFW and Tyler. Mad Duck replaced my chain ring with a road bike chain ring that was WAY to small for my bike and rep...

This is an excellent spot for kids' bikes. My nephews' bike chains came off and I brought them in. The staff was extremely helpful and got everything fixed quickly. Now they are back in action!

I've been going here for years. Clarence, Gary, Nico and the rest of the gang are a great group of people. Always helpful, kind, super knowledgeable and competent. Very down to earth shop and close to all the trails in Grapevine. Can't recommend highly enough. 6 Stars! My go to shop!
