I purchased a 2025 Kawasaki mule here on 11/22/2025. Their website had the one I wanted listed for $15,969. I had put down a deposit days in advance for this unit, so the day of purchase should be fairly quick and easy. But It took hours to complete this process and I'm not sure why. I came in to purchase a new SxS and brought our current Can-Am for a trade-in. It was a good purchasing experience with the exception of misrepresentation/information regarding the specific vehicle. I was told the vehicle was discounted $800 and will come with a glass windshield. I did not double check the windshield prior to departure because the only time I saw it was when I loaded it. I realized the windshield was plastic when I got home. The salesman did not remember telling me this but it was one reason I chose that particular vehicle.
