First time at this location. I had a great shopping experience. Bianca was very helpful and informative. She helped me with my purchase which was a Trek FX 2. Javier added the bottle holder and checked the bike out before I left with my new bike. Definitely coming back for more things and would definitely recommend this location for your next purchase of a Trek bike. The staff was perfectly charming, helpful and informative.

Customer service at Trek Bicycle South Arlington is the best! The store isn’t my closest one, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. Justin and the team at TREK South Arlington are the BEST! I strongly recommend taking your bike here and building a relationship with the service team.
