Daniella and Arnold went above and beyond to help me with my e-bike brakes. After taking my e-bike to several local bike shops, they all refused to work on my bike. Thankfully, I found Arlington Power Sports. They were willing to look at it and helped me replace my broken brakes and bled them as well. Unfortunately, they did find that my caliper was broken and had to be replaced. They were able to walk me through available options that would work, and I actually ended up getting an upgrade....

These guys were awesome, friendly, professional, fast, etc! My new vitacci intrepid 200 is so nice y'all! Thank you guys!!! Will be ordering again SOON!!! Edit: Almost 300 miles on er already! Runs great! Still in break-in period! I love my Vitacci!!!

Raymond and Arnold.. what can I say. I live 2 hours away from the shop in Arlington and THEY are the reason that I make this drive and have them work on my ATVs. Truly amazing people. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys for another amazing adventure!.

Great prices, easy buying process, good email communication, fast shipment, product arrived slightly damaged due to shipment company. Seller quickly stepped up to correct the issue that was no fault of theirs. I am very impressed with the high level of customer service. I highly recommend buying from this company! Go-Kart is of good quality. Runs very well. Easy to assemble after watching two YouTube videos. My son is loving his new toy. Tao Tao develops a great outdoor recreational vehicle.

Communication is horrible with this company. Website states delivery information within 5 days, 2 weeks later and multiple emails/calls finally got the item shipped. Once it arrived, a vital bolt/nut that holds suspension to frame was missing(bought a similar one at a hardware store just to buy time since it was a Christmas gift and it didn't arrive until the 22nd due to their failure to make sure it shipped). Assembled and was given as a Christmas gift on Christmas morning, got to ride it...
