Trace Bikes

Very disappointed due to poor communication. I called ahead, explained I needed my son’s bike fixed for Christmas, and was told that replacing a chain was quick and could be done the same day. I was also told the shop would still be open Monday and Tuesday, so even dropping it off would be fine. I drove all the way from White House to Nashville based on that information. Ben aint there anywhere, but its still the best shop. Ben is the man. Absolutely amazing person. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have been recommending Trace Bikes to everyone I know. I will not take my bike anywhere else or buy from another local bike store other than Trace Bikes. The prices are fair and not over inflated and the service is top of the line. Give Ben a shout out and a raise. He deserves both.

Great store to find just the bike for you! I drove an hour to get an Electra cruiser bike from this store and was very happy with the process. Ordered the bike and it was ready within 4 days. They explained the warranty and that adjustments were free the first year of ownership. Very happy with the staff and my new bike!!

Love the service - they're all cool people working there, so I never had to worry. Before I moved from Bellevue, I took my bike there all the time.

Scott, Ben and his team are very easy to talk too. The day we were there, it was a busy couple hours but they juggled all the customers and made it work. No one felt left out and everyone was taken care of. Super nice store, nice environment to bike shop or gear shop.
