The gentlemen at this shop were extremely helpful and considerate for my older father who drove 3 hours plus to see and then purchase an aventon pace 4 e bike. They were very kind to my father and got him setup with his bicycle and sent him on his way back home. I’ve been a regular customer here for the past 3 years and have always come whenever I had an issue with my bike. Until recently, I’ve had good service. But last week was different, and honestly disappointing. Back in December, I changed my brake pads here and was charged $25. Last Friday, I had them changed again and was charged $52, more than double the price, without a clear explanation.
