Shannon is the gold standard in customer service. Vast knowledge of bike repair and tune-up at a very reasonable price. Best of all he comes to you! Why wait several days and pay a lot more at a shop? I'd definitely recommend Shannon even with a new bike tune-up as they aren't always assembled with precision in mind.
