Trek Bicycle Store Knoxville

Aaron and the team at Trek Knoxville were incredibly helpful in assisting me with my bike maintenance. After having an accident, I was looking to have the bike inspected and any needed parts replaced. Aaron was able to take care of both tasks very quickly and get me back on the trails. As someone fairly new to town, he also offered suggestions for some local trails. I would highly recommend Trek Knoxville and look forward to visiting again soon.

Purchasing our new Trek Verve bikes from Mike at the Trek Bicycle Store Knoxville was an awesome experience. We had a pretty good idea which bikes we were interested in, got to try them "on" for size. Mike ordered our bikes on Tuesday, then had them in the shop and ready for us Friday afternoon. I just recently moved to Tennessee and wanted to find a TREK Bike Shop. I am glad I decided to try this bike shop. Before I even removed my bike from the back of my truck Ryan was outside to assist and he remembered my name from our phone call. As far Mike, he is professional, helpful and a Sweetheart in my book.
