I worked with the owner of the shop to find the exact bike to fit my 6’4” size and riding needs. Shawn was full of information and able to explain things wonderfully to me. The entire process was a breeze. This was my very first brand new bike purchase and Harper’s cannot be recommended enough. Awesome shop and group of guys, They are very kind and helpful. They helped me put together my mongoose title elite 24 in BMX race bike and I love it. My new bike is great, but the guys working at this shop are even better. They spent so much time with me getting my bike perfectly dialed. Suspension setup, fit, lever position, so much more. All setup before my first ride. Went over every component and aspect of the bike answering all my questions. I just got a bike and brought it to Harper's to assemble. It's my first time actually owning a bike so I was kind of clueless and felt intimidated going into a bike shop, but these were some of the most genuinely kind people I've ever met. Bought a helmet from this website that I had wanted for probably 2 years but had always been out of stock. Fortunately they had the color and size I wanted, and even for $100 off. Shipping took about a week but when it got here I checked and they had sent me a large, not a medium which it very clearly said it was on the website.
