The store was very clean and well organized. Numerous options to choose from. They had a kids section and wanted to find our daughter a bike. The gentlemen helped me with a chart showing the height recommended for her. He also explained the trade-in program. This is great as little kids grow so quickly. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repairs are performed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would not go anywhere else to have my Trek bicycles serviced or to purchase an new one.

I was in NC ordering a bike for my son who lives at The Baddour Center in Senatobia MS . They were able to order the bike, outfit it and deliver it to him yesterday. He was thrilled and we appreciate the service we received. We will visit again when we need a bike. Thank you for all your help.

Here on a Thursday morning at 1059AM and it is now 1105AM and the shop is still not opened. The shop is scheduled to open at 11AM. No one is inside. Lights are off. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location.
