Great experience! I bought a bike off of FB and wanted to be sure everything was working properly and that it was safe to ride. I had my bike back within a few days and feel confident in riding now! They also helped me adjust my seat so that I don’t hurt my knees. Great people and place!

Wonderful business experience. All my question answered and they even called me to provide additional information I’ve requested about the bike. The bike were fitted to my wife during pickup.

TLDR: The experience I had with the owner is that he’s very snotty. They installed a warranty repair incorrectly and he tried to treat me like I was less than. ——- Love Gavin (which is why I am giving 2 stars). The owner has always been a bit odd and unfriendly but I just dealt with Gavin. They did a warranty repair on my e-bike and it still wasn’t working. As a random customer walking in the store, they helped me to solve an issue on my mountain bike. I recommend it!!!
