Purchased ride on UTV for my son, product 7988-Red. Product arrived broken. Roll cage broken. Headlights did not work. Remote control would not sync with car. Transmission only went one speed- slow. Like 1.3 MPH. Also, car would not turn right. Front right wheel hopped like a low-rider. Just didn’t work well. Buggy advertised as having three speeds— slow, fast, super fast. It only had one speed—slow. Contacted seller and seller attempted to send me parts, and seller agent sent a drop box vi...

Great service at the store the employee was great at giving advices, he helped us pick the best option for our needs, excellent service and approach, the car is great quality, really excited to play with my son. Car does not work, keeps glitching. Trying to get into contact with the company for months now with no response. The vehicle is kept in a garage all year , very sad that my child can’t use.
