The customer service is awesome, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great bikes. We are driving two ERÖ bikes and have put on 1400 kms within the last few weeks and had no trouble whatsoever. I bought a Grade A 3.1ez during an October sale because iGO was sold out of Grade Bs. When it arrived, I noticed a lot of small scrapes and marks on the bike. Although they didn’t affect performance, they seemed contrary to the claim that Grade A refurbished bikes have little to no blemishes and are in like-new condition. IGO Core Edge, extremely happy with my purchase of this ebike. Had a small problem with display that was easily solved with help from customer support.

I ordered a certified core extreme 3.1. They sent me the wrong bike, and they apologized, good first start. I sent then several follow up emails suggesting that instead of me wasting my time re boxing and packaging up the bike they sent and them sending out the other bike . I would just keep this one and they don't send the correct one . Yes the wrong bike is more expensive, but shipping and inconvenience should cover that. We purchased the Elite3 and Elite3D for my wife and me and we love them. The assembly was very easy with the help of the instructional video. The bikes are really well equipped with everything from Led lights (front and back) to very sturdy from carrier and rat trap in the rear.
