Had a wonderful experience purchasing my bike. Ken is knowledgeable and very helpful and made the experience great. I really wanted to test ride the Lectric XP4 and not get haggled to buy a different more expensive bike like sometimes happens at other places. He also has a service area in his store in case something ever comes up. Fantastic experience, many choices to look at, explained all the features an differences. Let me test ride, showed how to fold, unfold, how to charge. Great prices tons of accessories available plus a service center for the bikes. Highly recommend dealing with.

Ken was very friendly and very helpful, he believes in his brand but did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. It is very worth your trip to buy in person from Ken rather than online, you will pay less and come away feeling blessed. We love our Xpedition 2 cargo bike!! It is surprisingly maneuverable even with several kids on the back.
