So I came here to simply get my tires swapped out with new ones, the back tire went on but he had scratched my rim very bad with some deep scratches. Second they snipped my front tube and popped it that's okay but it happened again, and again, and now I am getting ready for school and what do you know I have a flat AGAIN so do not spend your money here I will be coming back to get my stuff fixed because this is comp

I attempted to get my ebike repaired by the original place of purchase. They said they couldn't 'source' the proper equipment...so I brought it to Voltaire. They fixed it in a day. They were a pleasure to deal with. Professional and Intelligent. (not inexpensive) but the value in the final outcome was worth it.

Chuck and his assistant are terrific!!!! Sat down for coffee to discuss bikes and ended up buying TWO!!! They are extremely polite!!!! And I will always take my business to Voltaire!!!!

My girlfriend and I received a 24 hour bike rental from here while visiting Bend! The staff was super friendly and the E bikes were very nice, easy to use, and so much fun!!! Just got off the phone with one of the gentlemen and the gentleman was super unprofessional. Answer the phone with super rude "Hello" and seemed annoyed I was calling.....get better customer service buddy....I know it the end of the end but come dude.
