When you go in, you can expect courteous, informative staff, a diverse selection of ebikes and some analog bikes, and it's location can't be beat - except by their prices. We were met with patient staff that answered all of our questions and helped us find bikes that work for us. We rode them home and felt we got a great deal. Sterling and Anthony were so great to work with, we stopped in while out and about in Bend yesterday, and they were so knowledgeable. We left, talked it over came back and purchased a new bike. I really appreciated the advice we received riding with kids and all the info we got on picking the right accessories. When it came time to load the bike up, every detail was reviewed and all questions were answered. This place is great.

We rented a couple of the “Danish-style” cargo bikes (with the big wheelbarrow in the front) from Bend Electric Bikes — specifically an Urban Arrow and a Riese & Müller Kid Cargo Bike — and had an absolutely fantastic day. The bikes were in perfect condition: super well-maintained, fully charged, and easy to ride.
