We’ve had our V-Bikes for close to four months now and we absolutely love them. The sale and pick up of the bikes was great. There is no high pressure sales pitch from these guys and they seem genuinely interested in only selling you what you need. We had a small issue with our Cito-20 and reached out to enquire about service. The response was almost immediate and booking the appointment using the online appointment portal worked flawlessly. My first e-bike. looks amazing in matt black, very easy to use and bright screen, works in pedal assist (PAS) and non-PAS modes which is important, has 5 levels of PAS and can be turned off completely. On manual, the riding is easy. Using the PAS modes takes a little getting used to, but great for long straighter rides and hills. I have had close look at the engineering in this bike, and I am very impressed with the quality.

I recently purchased a CITO 20 and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The E-bike is well-built and the electric assist feature makes riding a breeze. The battery life is impressive and the overall performance of the bicycle exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this electronic bicycle to anyone looking for a convenient and eco-friendly mode of transportation.

I love my new e-bike. Vahid and his wife were awesome to interact with. Customer service was perfect and 5 stars for the price. My e-bike also came with lights, horn,bell,turning signals,fenders and rack all included in the price- less than 2 grand!!!!! 😯 Incredible.

I purchased a Lexo 20 (750W) from VBike, but when the bike was delivered, I noticed that the specifications did not match the information on their website. I informed the delivery person right away and wrote on the delivery paper that if the information was incorrect, the bike should be returned.
