Just picked up my 2025 Surron Ultra B and I can’t wait to ride it! I’m a lifelong dirt biker but now in my mid 40s this beast will let me ride more often ! The showroom floor at Epic Cycles is stunning and the staff are super nice and very knowledgeable! I think my 15 year old son is as pumped as me lol

Paid for my 2025 Ultra bee and picked it up fully assembled and inspected the next day! I’ve had it for 2 months and already craving more power and upgrades. Will definitely reach out to them regarding the service centre and have my bike perfected for the next riding season!

Came in a scooter virgin and left an expert. Paul is an awesome person and a great help. He not only helped me put my new scooter together but he gave me valuable tips and tricks on how to ride and maintain my scooter. Hands down the best experience I could’ve asked for.

Terrible service. Do not come here under any circumstances, don’t order any parts, and don’t even think about buying the cheap Chinese junk they get from China for 10 bucks. They can’t fix anything, they don’t know how to treat customers, and they charge money just for a basic inspection. They have no idea how a bicycle even works and can’t fix a regular bike wheel.
