Great place, they used to come to my school as a kid and show us how to ride bikes. In high school they provided us free bikes. And as I grow older my 1st bike I want to maintain myself and do some real riding on was purchased here. I got a very good deal. And my girlfriend also was able to get her bike repaired as well. Thank you guys. Thank you to the community as well.

Beautiful open space, large, varied retail section. Lots of used and new bikes for sale. And all the same community programs and engagement we have loved for what, 7 years now? Longer? I feel like New Hope is the best bike shop in the city honestly. Also a spoke program where people can pay $5 to "buy" a spoke, so if someone doesn't have money for a new tube or needs $5 off their bill for financial reasons they can use that spoke to have $5 off their bill. 541 button program for bikes. Love...

I had an outstanding experience at New Hope Bikes in Hamilton, Ontario. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about bikes, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. The prices on parts are fair and transparent, making it a great value for the quality you receive. I highly recommend New Hope Bikes for their expertise and excellent customer service!

I did the basic bike repair workshop with Peter and it was an amazing experience! Learned how to change a tire tube, gear maintenance, general wear and tear checks and brake fixes. The atmosphere was very welcoming, inclusive and extremely beginner friendly. Peter even helped me buy and install a new part on my bike at the end. Highly recommend!

New Hope Community Bikes has moved to a new bigger location at 1249 Main St E. They still sell used bikes, help you fix your own bikes/DIY or they will fix it for you. They have new and used parts. You can donate your bikes and accessories here, to help more people get into biking. They also have worked with thousands of kids to teach them how to ride.
