I can’t say enough good things about EZ Rides. They treated me so well and went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. If you’re looking for an e-bike store that truly puts customers first, this is the place.

EZ Rides in Hamilton is very helpful. A special thanks to Josh, who communicated with me whenever I needed—that's a huge plus! The only downside was the 3-week wait for the bike. In the end, I didn't get the color I wanted because the wait would have been even longer, so I just took what they had in stock to avoid further delays. Still, I’m giving 5 stars mainly for Josh's great attitude and helpfulness!"

My Wife and I were Walking Around Eastgate Mall and came Across Ez Rides. They have a Great Selection of E Bikes ,Scooters and Small Electric Cars. Some of the E Bikes look just like Real Motorcycle's. The Young Gentleman Nathan had Great Knowledge of all the Products. Worth a look if You are interested in the Purchase of a E Bike.

Nathan was excellent to deal with, though still waiting on few things and will update this review 5 stars once dust settles... Still waiting for my $200 deposit back as well Brackets for my enclosed E scooter sadly front end came with some damage.. Overall experience dealing with EZ Rides very good... Assuming my issues be fixed soon enough! Lastly up to 8 insurance companies called... No insurance as of yet will... There is no easy way to get insurance for as they claim... Though hopefull...

My Dad bought a EV here and it was great service and he is very happy with his mobile EV. Dutt is a fantastic Sales Rep, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Highly recommended
