Geoff was everything you could ask for - well-informed about the product, accommodating, friendly and supportive. I have put the EW-20 through it's paces inside and out. Low speed indoors offers great control and tight turns. Outside it goes like the wind. Going up steep hills it doesn't hesitate and it coasts down hills in control with just a slight grip on the brakes. While bike lanes are preferred, it handles the uneven surface of sidewalks well.
