Very kind people who know their stuff and charge very fair prices. They seem motivated out of a genuine passion for fixing bikes rather than profit. Their hours are extremely convenient. They're very unpretentious and will happily work on an older bike and give it just as much attentional as any other. Couldn't recommend more.

William and Matt make this basic little shop into one of the premier repair and bike vendors of the city. First time visiting the store today and will most definitely be back. The guys went out of their way to help me find the right pannier rack and bag combo for my bike. I was also extremely impressed with how they handled another customers issue at the same time. I went to Bike Hounds to have a set of wheels built up. They did an incredible job on the wheel set and have followed up with me multiple times since then to check and see that they're working well for me. I've also brought in bikes for service and purchased components/accessories and every time I've been to the store the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them enough!
