Not only did they manage to get me the exact bike I wanted, but they called me every so often while it was on order (bike shortage) to give me updated eta’s and assurance that they were still working to get it! This is an awesome local shop! Cliff gave me a great deal on a take-off front suspension fork last fall, so I brought my bike in this spring after finding out there was a recall on my BB. Cliff made it happen and did a great job of replacing everything touched by the warranty. In addition, there was a 50% off locks sale! Definitely recommend if you're looking for that mom and pop vibe in Cambridge. Thanks again, Cliff!
